Prince Mohammed bin Salman Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia , received the Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif , at the Royal Court in Al-Yamamah Palace in Riyadh. An official reception ceremony was held, which included playing the national anthems and reviewing the guard of honor, in a scene that reflects the depth of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

The two sides held an official meeting to discuss the historical bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, focusing on prospects for strengthening the strategic partnership in various political, economic, and security fields. Strategic Defense Agreement

On the Pakistani side, the participants included Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar, Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir, and a number of other ministers and senior officials.

The Pakistani Prime Minister's visit to the Kingdom underscores the special importance Islamabad attaches to its relations with Riyadh, particularly in light of regional and international challenges.
