He considered it a new model for a balanced and influential partnership that redefines the relationship between Riyadh and Washington. He noted that the joint investments and strategic projects encompassed vital sectors, including energy, advanced technology, cybersecurity, and military industries, in addition to high-quality projects supporting digital transformation and the green economy. This underscores the two countries' determination to establish a cooperation model based on mutual interests and full respect for sovereignty, thus laying the foundation for a more mature and robust phase in Saudi-American relations, moving beyond the traditional patterns that prevailed for decades. This affirms the absolute international confidence in the Saudi leadership and its clear and practical vision for the future, a vision that carries the weight of an entire nation and the vision of a leader who understands that the future is not something to be waited for, but rather something to be created.
Shura Council member Fadl Saad Al-Buainain stated that the promising investment opportunities arising from the signed agreements aim to localize knowledge, technologies, and military industries. He described the Crown Prince's remarks as encouraging and attractive to foreign companies and investments, given the growing confidence of foreign investors in the Saudi market, the national economy, and the secure investment environment with high returns. He emphasized that the Crown Prince consistently prioritizes national interests, linking them to international contracts, understandings, and alliances to ensure the achievement of strategic national objectives and national security. He noted that the Crown Prince addressed the American elite and public with specific goals, which have already been realized, beginning with the Saudi-American agreement to supply Riyadh with civilian nuclear energy technology and the signing of the Strategic Defense Agreement. Al-Buainain added that the Crown Prince spoke with transparency, confidence, and clarity, professionally answering questions from some opportunistic journalists with content aligned with Western understanding of controversial issues. He concluded by wisely and professionally closing the sensitive and contentious files that these media outlets had hoped to exploit.
