The Governor of the Eastern Province sponsors the graduation ceremony of Prince Mohammed bin Fahd University for the class of 2024-2025

Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of the Eastern Province, sponsored the graduation ceremony of 478 students from Prince Mohammed bin Fahd University, class of 2024-2025, on Tuesday evening, in the presence of the Minister of State, Member of the Council of Ministers, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Prince Mohammed bin Fahd University, Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, at the university headquarters.

Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of the Eastern Province, sponsored the graduation ceremony of 478 students from Prince Mohammed bin Fahd University, class of 2024-2025, on Tuesday evening, in the presence of the Minister of State, Member of the Council of Ministers, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Prince Mohammed bin Fahd University, Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, at the university headquarters.

Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz affirmed that the education sector enjoys significant support from the leadership, which has prioritized human development and capacity building. He emphasized the importance of specialized fields that align with labor market demands and contribute to preparing national talent capable of competing and shaping the future. He also commended the role of Saudi universities in developing educational programs and strengthening partnerships with the public and private sectors, thereby supporting the national development process.

He congratulated the graduating students and their parents on this occasion, wishing them a bright future in which they can contribute to serving their country.

Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz delivered a speech in which he said: “The education sector in our dear homeland has been blessed with the support and care of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and the Crown Prince, Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, as our leadership has made investing in human beings a fundamental axis for building the Kingdom’s future and achieving the goals of Vision 2030.”.

He added: Today we celebrate the graduation of a new batch of students from Prince Mohammed bin Fahd University, under the generous patronage of the Prince of the Eastern Province, whose presence embodies continuous support for the education and development journey in the region. On this occasion, we remember with all loyalty the founder of the university, my master Prince Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz - may God have mercy on him - who set a pioneering vision based on empowering people and building an educational edifice that keeps pace with the times and serves the nation. We ask God to place what he offered in the balance of his good deeds.

In his address during the ceremony, University President Dr. Issa bin Hassan Al-Ansari affirmed that this day marks a significant milestone in the university's journey, noting that the celebration takes place in a land that believes education is a mission and that human beings are the true wealth of the nation. He added that the patronage of the Governor of the Eastern Province and the presence of the Chairman of the Board of Trustees reflect the substantial support the education sector receives from the leadership, headed by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince.

In his speech, Al-Ansari invoked the founder of the university, Prince Muhammad bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz – may God have mercy on him – stressing that his humanitarian and scientific impact is present in every achievement. He addressed the graduates, saying: “My sons, the graduates, look around you at those who shared with you the journey of hardship, and the prayers of your fathers and mothers are the secret of this achievement, so stand up and greet them with applause and gratitude.”.

In closing, Dr. Al-Ansari expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Prince of the Eastern Province for his patronage and support of the university’s progress, and to the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for his continuous follow-up on all programs and initiatives.

This was followed by a procession of graduating students from various disciplines, and then commemorative photos were taken on this occasion.
