Al-Jawf – SPA:
In a visit that embodies the deep bond between the leadership and the people, His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior, conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to the people of Al-Jawf region.
This came during His Highness’s reception today (Wednesday) of a group of citizens and dignitaries of the region, in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Al-Jawf Region, and His Royal Highness Prince Mutaib bin Mishaal bin Badr bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the region.
A direct communication approach: a historical legacy and a consistent policy
During the meeting, the Minister of Interior affirmed that this visit comes in implementation of the directives of the wise leadership, which has consistently pursued an “open-door” policy and direct communication with citizens in all regions since the Kingdom’s founding. This approach is a fundamental pillar of the Saudi governance system, as these meetings aim to understand citizens’ needs firsthand and to assess the progress of work in various sectors, thus ensuring a high quality of life and well-being for both citizens and residents.
Security is a cornerstone of development in the "Kingdom's food basket"
In discussing the region's development, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud emphasized a fundamental principle: "Security is the cornerstone of development and stability." He noted that the ongoing security efforts of the Ministry of Interior's various sectors extend beyond combating crime to include providing a safe and stimulating investment and social environment.
These statements are particularly significant in the Al-Jawf region, considered the "breadbasket of the Kingdom" and a hub for renewable energy. The region is home to mega-projects under Saudi Vision 2030, such as solar and wind energy projects, and a major agricultural renaissance. Security and stability are key guarantees for the continued flow of investments and the success of these development projects, which serve the national economy.

For their part, the residents of Al-Jawf region expressed their deep gratitude to the wise leadership for its generous care and unlimited support. They affirmed that the Minister of Interior's visit reflects the keenness of the rulers to follow up on the affairs of citizens in every part of the homeland.
