The Emir of Qatar receives Prince Turki bin Mohammed and they discuss bilateral relations

Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad, the Emir of Qatar, received Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Fahd. The meeting addressed fraternal relations and ways to strengthen them between Saudi Arabia and Qatar, as well as discussing issues of common interest.

His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of the sisterly State of Qatar, received in his office at the Amiri Diwan His Royal Highness Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State and Member of the Council of Ministers, and his accompanying delegation, in a visit that reflects the depth of the strong fraternal relations that bind the two brotherly countries.

At the beginning of the meeting, Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Fahd conveyed the greetings and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Prime Minister, to His Highness the Emir of the State of Qatar, along with their wishes for his continued health and happiness, and for the brotherly Qatari people continued progress and prosperity. For his part, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad conveyed his greetings and appreciation to the Saudi leadership, wishing the Kingdom and its people further growth and prosperity.

This visit comes within the context of active and ongoing diplomatic efforts between Riyadh and Doha, aimed at strengthening cooperation across various fields. Saudi-Qatari relations are based on a deep historical legacy and deeply rooted social and cultural ties, making coordination between the two countries a cornerstone of regional stability.
