This handover is a result of the generous donation of one billion riyals from His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, from his personal funds, to support homeownership for the most needy families through the "Jood Housing" platform.

These housing projects were completed according to the highest technical specifications and quality of life standards, in accordance with the directives of the Crown Prince, which stipulated the necessity of implementing high-quality housing projects within a record period not exceeding 12 months.
