His Excellency expressed his profound pride in this esteemed royal trust, affirming that it represents a badge of honor, a great responsibility, and an incentive to continue the journey of service and development within the administrative judiciary in the Kingdom.
Responsibility to promote effective justice
Dr. Al-Ahaideb affirmed that this esteemed trust places upon him a doubled responsibility to move forward in enhancing the efficiency of the administrative judiciary and to work diligently to improve its outcomes in line with the aspirations of the wise leadership and the objectives of the next phase. He pointed out that the ultimate goal remains the achievement of swift justice, the protection of rights, and the adjudication of cases with high efficiency and effectiveness, thus ensuring the consolidation of the principles of justice and transparency upon which the state was founded.

This appointment comes at a time when the judicial sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is witnessing radical transformations and unprecedented qualitative leaps, with direct and continuous support from His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the architect of Vision 2030. The Board of Grievances, as an independent administrative judicial body directly linked to the King, is a fundamental pillar in the investment and business environment and in preserving the rights of individuals and government entities alike.
Over the past few years, the Diwan has witnessed rapid developments at the digital, legislative, and organizational levels, with most of its services transitioning to smart electronic platforms, making it a model of excellence to be emulated regionally and internationally. The new president seeks to build upon these achievements and continue implementing development strategies that ensure the sustainability of institutional excellence.
